Terms of service

1. The agreement
These terms are between you (or the organisation you represent) and Mobiweb AI Ltd, DIFC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. If you buy through the Microsoft commercial marketplace, Microsoft's marketplace terms also apply to the purchase; for anything about the service itself, these terms apply.
2. The service
Mobiweb AI Mail is an Outlook add-in that uses AI to help you draft, reply to, summarise, rewrite and translate email. Each generation uses credits (1 in Fast mode, 3 in Quality mode). The Free plan includes a monthly allowance of credits. Pro plans are sold per user through Microsoft, can start with a free trial, and include the monthly credits described on the pricing page. Unused credits do not roll over.
3. Accounts and seats
You sign in with a Microsoft account. On a Pro subscription, seats are assigned to users in the purchasing organisation until the purchased quantity is reached. The subscription's purchaser or beneficiary administers seats and company writing guidelines.
4. Your content
You keep all rights in the email and text you process and in the answers produced for you. You give us only the permission needed to process that content to provide the service. We do not store email content and do not use it to train AI models. Processing of personal data on behalf of business customers is governed by our data processing agreement.
5. AI output
AI-generated text can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable. Review it before you send it. You are responsible for what you send. The service never sends email on your behalf.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to send spam or phishing, to harass anyone, to generate malware, to try to extract the underlying models or prompts, to bypass plan limits, or to disrupt the service.
7. Fees
Pro fees, billing and taxes are handled by Microsoft under your marketplace purchase. Changes to plans and seats take effect as Microsoft processes them.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access for serious breaches of these terms or if Microsoft reports a subscription as suspended. When a subscription ends, Pro features stop; you can keep using the Free plan. You may delete your data at any time.
9. Warranties and liability
The service is provided with reasonable care and skill but without other warranties to the extent the law allows. [Liability cap, for example fees paid in the previous 12 months, and exclusions to be confirmed by counsel.] Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms and will give subscription administrators at least 30 days' notice of material changes.
11. Law and disputes
[Governing law and forum to be confirmed, for example DIFC law and the DIFC Courts.] Consumers keep any rights their local law gives them.
