Privacy

Built for email you can't afford to leak

Email carries contracts, prices and people's personal details. We designed the service so that as little of it as possible leaves your hands, and none of it stays with us.

How we handle your data

  • AI processing runs in the European Union, on Amazon Bedrock. Anthropic, the maker of the Claude models, has no access to your prompts or results.
  • Email content is not stored by Mobiweb AI Mail. We keep usage counts only: which feature, how many tokens, when.
  • Never used for training. Neither we nor our AI provider train models on your email.
  • Addresses, links and phone numbers are replaced with placeholders before text leaves our servers, and put back in the answer.
  • Hosted in Germany. Our servers run at Hetzner in Germany.

Running in two minutes

Works in Outlook on the web, the new Outlook for Windows, classic Outlook for Windows and Outlook for Mac.

  1. Install Mobiweb AI Mail from Microsoft AppSource, or ask your IT admin to deploy it from the Microsoft 365 admin center under Integrated apps.
  2. Open an email and select AI Mail in the Outlook ribbon.
  3. Sign in with your Microsoft account. You start on the Free plan with 25 generations a month.
