Installing

In Outlook, open Get add-ins (or Apps in the new Outlook), search for Mobiweb AI Mail and select Add. Then open any email and choose AI Mail in the ribbon.

For IT admins

Deploy to users or groups from the Microsoft 365 admin center, under Settings, Integrated apps. If your organisation blocks user consent for apps, grant consent for everyone once:

Grant admin consent

This signs you in with Microsoft and asks you to approve sign-in to Mobiweb AI Mail for your organisation. It gives the add-in no access to mailboxes beyond the email a user has open.

Admin consent was granted. Your users can now sign in.

Billing

Pro is billed by Microsoft. Invoices, seat changes and cancellation are in the Microsoft 365 admin center under Billing. Subscription admins can see and free seats on the account page.

Your data

Email content is never stored. To delete your preferences and usage history, open the add-in, go to Account and choose Delete my data, or email us. Read more on privacy and security.

Common problems

The sign-in window does not open

Allow pop-ups for Outlook on the web, or update Outlook. Older versions of Outlook for Windows use a sign-in dialog instead.

It says I have no credits left

Credits renew on the 1st of each month (UTC). If you have fewer than 3 credits left, Quality is unavailable but Fast still works.
