Sub-processors
Mobiweb AI Ltd uses the following providers to run Mobiweb AI Mail. We give customers at least 30 days' notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor that handles customer personal data. To be notified, write to privacy@mobiweb.ae.

Anthropic PBC develops the Claude models. When they run on Amazon Bedrock, Anthropic has no access to prompts or outputs, so Anthropic is not a sub-processor for this service.
